Send a messageAshlin is responsible for coordinating installations, service visits and troubleshooting across our machine hall in Sunnyrock and at customer sites around the country. He works closely with the installation and dispatch teams to make sure machines arrive on time, are set up properly, and that your operators are shown how to use them safely.
A typical day includes handling service requests, planning new installations, and following up on technical issues reported from the field. When a power cut interrupts a job or a spindle needs to be swapped out, Ashlin checks in with both the customer and our floor teams to get things moving again.
Ashlin helps customers get the best results from our Feature Router, Fibre Laser, Plasma Compact, Mill 3-Axis and Lathe Compact machines. Most of his calls involve production managers, foremen, workshop owners and technical educators running busy shops or training centres.
He deals with questions about installation, safe setup, routine maintenance, dust extraction, and basic troubleshooting. From a router needing a spindle alignment, to a plasma table with air supply issues, Ashlin makes sure the right advice reaches the right person, sometimes he’ll even call while he’s still on the workshop floor.
If you need to book a service visit, arrange operator training or have a technical question about your equipment, you can send us a message through our contact form and Ashlin will follow up. He reviews every enquiry personally, making sure the right technician or resource is assigned to your case.
You don’t have to wait for a call centre queue or chase a generic support line. Ashlin keeps the process direct and practical: he’ll confirm the details with you, make sure the right parts or spec sheets are ready, and arrange any on-site support you need. If he misses anything or there’s a double booking, he’ll sort it out quickly so nothing drags longer than necessary.
