Large CNC equipment such as routers, plasma tables and press brakes are delivered by specialist machinery transport. We use crane trucks or flatbeds depending on site access, and advise checking your gate, door and route measurements before booking. Make sure the offloading area is level and clear for the truck and that you have a suitable forklift or pallet jack if needed.
For installation and commissioning, three-phase machines require a compliant 400 V supply installed to SANS 10142-1 by a registered electrician. Have your Certificate of Compliance ready before our team installs and powers up the equipment. Our Germiston dispatch team works with you to coordinate timing and local arrangements for each site, especially in areas affected by power cuts, dust or limited access.
Smaller items such as Feature Spindle Kits, spare parts or fixture packs are sent by national courier from our Sunnyrock machine hall. We use tracked services that deliver to business addresses in all major cities and towns. For outlying areas, allow extra time for delivery as routes may be less frequent.

Export crates for cross-border or overseas shipments are built from ISPM 15 heat-treated timber and marked with the required IPPC stamp.

On delivery, always unpack and inspect the equipment with the driver present. Check for any external damage, missing items or transport marks and make detailed notes on the delivery note before signing. Our team will guide you through first power-on and operator training once everything is confirmed onsite.
