Feature Equipment now operates eight showroom teams across South Africa, giving buyers and workshop leads the chance to compare machines and talk through technical needs closer to home.
From July 2026, buyers can now interact with Feature Equipment machines and teams in eight locations nationwide. Our main machine hall at Sunnyrock in Germiston remains the flagship, featuring large equipment and live demo bays, but we now run appointment showrooms in Cresta, Clearwater Mall, Tyger Valley, Pavilion, Baywest Mall, Mimosa Mall and Riverside Mall.
These showrooms are set up for small machine demos, sample cutting on request, and technical consultations. This means plant managers, foremen and workshop leads can review machine builds, spindle kits or dust extraction options without needing to travel to Gauteng each time.
Our regional teams know the specific environmental and power factors affecting South African workshops. At the coast, we help buyers plan for humidity and rust control in Durban, Gqeberha and Cape Town; inland, we address fine dust and static on the Highveld.
Visitors can bring their own drawings or materials for test cuts, compare spindle choices, check vacuum hold or filtration setups, and discuss practical installation with experienced staff. This local support helps teams plan for power cuts, dust control and equipment maintenance from the start.
Larger machines, including full-size routers, mills, plasma tables and press brakes, are powered up at our Sunnyrock machine hall in Germiston. Buyers needing live demos on these units or wanting to see an installation team in action can book a viewing by appointment.
Our technical specialists work from Sunnyrock to coordinate installations, commissioning and operator training throughout South Africa. Machines and accessories are dispatched from this main hub, supported by the regional teams for site visits, planning and service.
