You can request a return on unused fixtures, spindle kits or tool storage that qualify for restocking. We assess returns case by case to keep things fair and practical.
Returns are usually possible on unused fixtures, spindle kits, filter stage packs, and storage items bought in the last month. To qualify, items must still be in original condition, with no signs of fitting, machining marks, or floor damage. Machinery that has been installed, connected, or used on a job cannot be returned.
Custom orders, single-use consumables, worn tooling and machines with installation or import paperwork are not returnable. If you are in doubt, send us a message through our contact form and we will advise if your return can be considered. For service, repairs, or warranty, use the same form and our team will direct your query to the right person.
To help us review your return request quickly, include as much detail as possible. We need to see the actual condition, so it helps us if you can provide photos and clear information about the item and your workshop.
If you are returning from outside Gauteng, or if the item was exported, please mention this upfront. We sometimes get two contact forms from the same workshop, so just check that your contact details match your request.
After you contact us, our returns team checks your details and photos to confirm if the item qualifies under our returns policy. If it meets the requirements, we will discuss the next steps for getting the item back to our Sunnyrock machine hall or the nearest appointment showroom. For larger machines, we may need to inspect on site first.
Returned items are checked for damage, completeness and suitability for restocking. If the item is accepted, we arrange a credit or exchange as agreed. For business buyers with assets or turnover over R2 million, the Consumer Protection Act does not apply, but we still follow practical and fair processes.
