Our showrooms and machine hall offer hands-on sessions to see Feature Equipment in action, solve technical questions, and help your team plan real production work.
Showroom hours at Feature Equipment let you see our machines up close, running under power, cutting, engraving or marking on actual materials. These sessions are not only for quick overviews. They’re for technical managers, foremen, trainers or operators who want to solve practical problems, check machine fit for their work and compare features in a real South African setting.
You can bring your sample material or drawings if you want to see specific operations, like edge quality on waterjet cuts or accuracy on a CNC router. We run full demonstrations and can show changeovers, fixture setups and maintenance basics. If you’re based outside Gauteng, you can view smaller machines and get consultations at our appointment showrooms, but larger machines and live cutting are available at our Sunnyrock machine hall in Germiston.
To help us prepare for your session, send us specific details about what you want to test or see. The more we know ahead, the better we can match equipment, tooling and materials to your job.
Let us know if you have technical standards, typical batch sizes, or unique factory conditions, such as coastal air or frequent power cuts, that may affect machine choice or setup.
After you send us a message using our contact form, our team reviews your requirements and contacts you to arrange your session. We confirm the machines to be demonstrated and which team members will assist, like Mr Velaphi Ramoroka for routers or Ms Boitumelo Biyela for installation planning.
You’ll get practical advice on bringing samples, safe access, and any technical checks needed for your workshop. If you decide to purchase, we explain delivery, installation and commissioning. Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, we outline your rights for returns or warranty claims, and we remain available for ongoing support and operator training.
