Our warranty guide explains how we support Feature Equipment buyers, what to send us so we can assess the claim, and what to expect in the process.
Most new machines and accessories from Feature Equipment come with a warranty that covers early faults and setup issues after installation. Buyers often ask if operator mistakes or accidental damage are included, these aren't, but faults caused by parts or assembly usually are, as long as the machine is used as intended and maintained. Once the machine is in production, jobs like routine servicing, filter changes or worn consumables are for your workshop team.
We handle local warranty support for equipment we supply and install, including arranging repairs or parts. If a technical fault turns out to be a deeper control system issue or rare component failure, we coordinate with the OEM or their local agent. Under the Consumer Protection Act, natural persons and some small businesses have added rights if a machine is defective, but most large workshops and juristic persons fall outside its scope.
To help us assess the issue on your Feature router, mill, plasma or accessory, please send us the following details through our contact form. Serial number, photos and when the fault started narrow down the cause. Dont worry if you are not sure about some technical details, our team will guide you as needed.
Once we receive your message, a team member will review the details and get in touch to confirm the next steps. In most cases, we will suggest a few checks your operator or foreman can do safely. If the issue is confirmed as a warranty case, we organise the necessary parts, remote guidance or a technician visit as needed.
For faults outside normal warranty, or when repairs need specialist intervention, we will explain your repair options and refer you to the right contact. Always make sure your operators are trained and keep the area safe while waiting for support, in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
