Your Feature Engraver Pro arrives fully crated with clamp tray, cutters and the main accessories you ordered. Our team will book a delivery slot that suits your shift and offload safely at your workshop. If you are further from Germiston, we arrange bakkie or courier delivery and confirm the crate contents with your team before you sign off.
We recommend unpacking the machine with the crate brace kit and keeping all protective packaging until installation is finished. If you export the machine later, our crates are ISPM 15 compliant for international shipping.
A qualified technician sets up your Engraver Pro, positions it on your chosen bench and checks that your electrical supply matches the 230 V single-phase spec. If a new plug or connection is needed, a registered electrician must do this and issue a Certificate of Compliance as per SANS 10142-1.
We run a full function check: spindle movement, clamp tray operation and pendant controls. Once the machine is running, we commission your first engraving sample, check results and calibrate the V and ball-nose cutters for your typical work. Any dust extraction or filter units are tested as part of the install.
Our handover covers machine safety, basic programming, correct clamping and daily checks. Operators are shown how to zero the axes, use the pendant, fit and set cutters, and change jobs safely. We cover all safety requirements under the OHS Act and show where to find the safety switches and guards.
You receive a care card listing key steps for shift changes, maintenance and fault reporting. The operator signs off the handover with our technician so you know your team is competent before production starts.
Routine care keeps your Engraver Pro reliable and accurate, especially in dusty or coastal workshops. Stick to these basic checks to avoid unplanned downtime.
If you need support, send us a message via our contact form with your machine serial, a photo of the fault or part needed, and a brief description of the problem or part. For urgent breakdowns, include your location and a number for call-back.
Our service team will help identify the right spare, organise a technician if needed, or guide you through a quick fix over the phone. We keep spares for the Engraver Pro at Sunnyrock and ship to all provinces.
